Some files are provided in .zip format. To open these, you may need WinZip or another third-party compression tool. Many operating systems also include built-in support for .zip files:

A: Files are saved to your browser’s default download location. This is typically your computer’s Downloads folder.
A: Step 1: Go to optumcoding.com/login and sign in using your One Healthcare ID.

Step 2: Download your product.
Click Subscription Updates under Your Account.
If prompted, review and accept any agreements.
On the My Products page, find and select your product.
A Product Details page will load, scroll to the Downloadable Files section.
Use filters, if desired, then click Download next to the file you want. Files will download to your computer’s default Downloads folder.
Step 3: Return or sign out.
To return to optumcoding.com, click your profile at the top right and select Optumcoding.com.
To sign out, click your profile and choose Sign out.
